Return and Refund Policy

çAt Kubikexotik  our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days from the date you received the product for an exchange or a full refund of the item’s price.

 

Return Conditions:

– Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

– Damaged items or those with wear signs will not be accepted for return.

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error has occurred on our part.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at hello@treeurn.eu to obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Securely pack the item and include a copy of the invoice with the return authorization number clearly marked.
  3. Send the item to the following address: Tree Urn, Calle democracia 43 Bajo 46018 Valencia Spain
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or refund.

 

Refunds:

– Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

– Please allow up to 8 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

– Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to a defect.
